COTA - Full Time - Prescott Valley, Arizona Student Loan Contribution Payment Program Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is a 44-bed, modern inpatient facility specializing in stroke, spinal cord and brain injuries, orthopedic trauma, and other complex conditions. We also provide Home Health services to patients in the communities of Northern Arizona. We're dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care that restores independence and improves lives. •Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years and has earned The Joint Commission's Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification.
