Job Description
Osborn Health and Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapis Assistant. New OT grads are welcome! We provide short term, long term, and out-patient therapy. Our building is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and is newly renovated with state of the art equipment. We are looking for someone who will have a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.
Duties :
All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the cognitive and/or physical disorders. Effectively communicates with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans. Documents all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records according to company policy. Records treatment minutes for services provided per all regulatory and clinical requirements.Requirements:
- Completed CODA from accredited college
- State licensure as a CODA
- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Familiarity with speech therapy, case management, and medical imaging is a plus
