Preferred Qualifications:

Active COTA license Previous SNF, Long-Term Care (LTC), or geriatric experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Grass Valley offers historic charm, scenic outdoor recreation, local wineries, and easy access to Lake Tahoe and Sacramento.
