Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Outpatient Clinic

We are a purpose-driven company with strong core values, that believes in doing what's right, and not solely the bottom line. This position is for a COTA in our Outpatient Clinic. About the
Role:
As a COTA at OASIS, you'll be an essential part of a mission-driven clinic that transforms lives through consistent, compassionate, and coordinated care. You'll work closely with families, caregivers, medical professionals, and a dedicated OT team to deliver life-changing therapy.
What You'll Do:
✅ Treatment & Scheduling Deliver therapy aligned with individualized plans of care, under OT supervision Coordinate sessions with families, interpreters, and front desk staff Build and maintain a rolling 4-week schedule to support smooth operations Proactively follow up on missed sessions and use clinic time efficiently ✅ Communication Maintain clear, timely communication with office staff, supervisors, and families Follow HIPAA guidelines across all communication channels (email, text, phone, etc.) Collaborate effectively with your supervising OT and respond to care needs as they arise ✅ Documentation Complete all notes and discharges by the end of the same business day Stay on top of your dashboard follow-ups and coordinate care at least 2x/month Maintain productivity standards (80%) and contribute to overall clinic flow Stay documentation-ready without blocked time until your caseload requires it ✅ Professional Growth & Licensing Stay current with DORA licensing and complete all required CEUs Maintain up-to-date CPR certification Disclose any legal or disciplinary actions in a timely manner ✅ Team Engagement Attend monthly team meetings and contribute positively to a collaborative environment Support the team with resource referrals and client guidance

Annual Performance-Based Pay Increases:
Employees are eligible for annual pay increases based on individual performance and achievement of established expectations and goals.
