  • 33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center at Newington.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents improve the skills needed for greater independence in their daily lives. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Observe resident progress and communicate changes or concerns to the therapy team Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $30
