Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate, timely documentation Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Florida COTA license Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required) About the PRN Role PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they wish to accept.
