Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is required Experience or clinical interest in pediatric occupational therapy and school-based services Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to facilitating student growth and functional independence Flexibility working in varying school environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and professional standards Foster a positive, inclusive, and adaptive therapy environment tailored to the needs of each student
