Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Current licensure to practice as an SLP in the state Experience or passion for working with pediatric populations in educational settings Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Flexible and adaptable to support a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among school-aged children Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and necessary documentation as required by school and state guidelines Support students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
