Desired Qualifications:

Valid COTA certification and licensure in the state Experience in a school-based setting working with K-12 students preferred Knowledge of IEPs and individualized student plans Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of an educational team Flexibility and adaptability to support students with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across all grade levels, supporting their physical, sensory, and motor skill development Implement and document therapy sessions and progress as outlined in IEPs under the supervision of a licensed OT Adapt activities and materials to enhance student participation and success in classroom routines Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster an inclusive, accessible learning environment Participate in IEP meetings and assist with assessments and data collection as needed Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress effectively This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) serving a diverse K-12 caseload.
