Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Line Worker. This position offers a structured training period on the day shift, followed by a transition to the night shift upon successful completion of training and qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products for quality assurance in accordance with company standards Pack finished products into designated packaging materials Accurately record inspection and packing data Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Training & Shift Details:

All new hires will begin on the Night Shift at a starting pay of $20.91/hour Typical training period: approximately 30 working days (may vary depending on individual performance and progress)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work night shifts after completing training Must be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and physical
