Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation who is a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to oversee therapy operations and provide one-on-one rehabilitation services at two assisted living facilities in Cannon Falls and Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Net Health Responsibilities Oversee daily rehabilitation operations across both locations. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, caseloads, coverage, and department workflow. Monitor documentation, productivity, compliance, and quality of care. Participate in care conferences and serve as a liaison among residents, families, facility staff, and the therapy team. Support employee onboarding, communication, and operational performance. Provide occupational therapy interventions delegated by and under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Carry out established treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, safety, and independence. Report residents' progress, changes, concerns, and the need for reevaluation to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Complete accurate and timely Net Health documentation. Qualifications Active and current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Active

certification in good standing. Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between both locations. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
