Cannon Falls, MN Job Summary Shared Services Division of First Farmers & Merchants Bank and Liberty National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role plays a key part in executing marketing campaigns, managing content, supporting internal workflows, and ensuring timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency. Essential Functions Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, community pages and email communications Support internal marketing request workflow, including tracking tickets, updates, and approvals Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely project completion Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all materials Analyze campaign performance and compile basic reports and insights Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as needed. Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Familiarity with content creation and social media management. Previous marketing, administrative, or related experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Job Type This is a full-time position (32-40 hours/week) at our Operations Center located in Cannon Falls, MN. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
