Job Description
50 Stars Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a school-based position in Enfield, NH . The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services that help students develop the fine motor, sensory, and functional skills needed for success in the educational environment. Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups. Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills. Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records. Assist with therapy materials, equipment, and classroom adaptations. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, teachers, administrators, and families. Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate. Ensure compliance with school district policies and state regulations. Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current New Hampshire Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (or eligibility to obtain). Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Benefits Competitive compensation.
