Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract About the Role Limitless Pediatric Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric therapy team. The COTA will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in clinic, school, home, and community settings while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to help children achieve their goals. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in clinic, school, home, and community settings. Document treatment sessions and maintain timely, accurate records. Collaborate with therapists, teachers, physicians, and families. Maintain productivity expectations and quality of care. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current South Carolina COTA license in good standing. NBCOT certification. Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
