Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and valid state license as a COTA is required. Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy within a school environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues. Adaptable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy services to students, supporting their educational access and participation. Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and educational teams. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Adapt interventions as needed to best support each students success.
