You'll help patients improve independence, safety, and quality of life while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy assistant services in patients' homes Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and functional independence Complete timely and accurate documentation using WellSky/Kinnser EMR Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, nurses, and caregivers Qualifications Active Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Current CPR Certification Home Health experience preferred WellSky/Kinnser experience preferred Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Ideal Candidate We're looking for clinicians who are: Compassionate and patient-focused Reliable and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently in the field Apply Today!
