About us Optometric Office seeks professional, friendly and energetic optician with excellent dispensing skills and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include pre-testing, frame and lens sales and contact lens dispensing. Minimum 1 years experience. Conduct pre-tests and gather patient medical histories Assist with visual acuity testing and lensometry Perform retinal imaging and other diagnostic tests Maintain and clean examination equipment Educate patients on contact lens care and eyewear options Assist with administrative tasks as needed Proficient in authorizing and billing vision insurance plans Proficient in contact lens training, repairs and adjustments
