GENERAL FUNCTION
The Optometric Technician is responsible for creating an outstanding experience for our guests and patients by combining their clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and attention to detail to support each patient's unique vision and eye care needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in Optometric, Ophthalmology, or healthcare setting preferred but not required. High School Diploma or GED 1+ years' experience in retail or customer service Familiarity with point-of-sale system and computers Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Strong communication skills (both oral and written) Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
