DAYSOptical Polishing Technician - Up to $3.3K #HKH MCF-2026-1016720 Islandwide Permanent Executive 2 years exp Engineering, Manufacturing $2,600to$3,300 Monthly 1 applicationPosted 02 Jul 2026Closing on 09 Jul 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Perform optical polishing operations, including machine setup, pad conditioning, slurry preparation, and in-process inspections. Optimize polishing parameters to achieve required surface quality and consistency. Conduct optical and mechanical measurements, including diameter, bevel, center thickness, concentricity, wedge, and form error. Perform machine alignment, calibration, and polishing defect troubleshooting. Support production equipment setup and basic troubleshooting activities. Carry out lens cleaning, handling, and inspection according to optical quality standards. Record measurement results, process deviations, and equipment observations accurately. Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards. Requirements Min NITEC or Diploma in Optics, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or relate disciplines.
