Must love working with people (children and adults alike), be genuinely positive and enthusiastic, and excel in working with a small team of employees. We will train the necessary eye care skills if you already have the customer service experience. You must be 100% committed to providing legendary customer service. Responsibilities
  • Conduct preliminary tests such as visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, eye muscle movements, retinal imaging, and visual field testing
  • Assist in patient intake procedures including gathering medical history and performing initial assessments.
  • Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to support optometrists during examinations.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and efficient clinic operations.
  • Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their visit.
