We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable individual with a positive attitude and experience to join our professional team. A minimum of two years of optical experience and retail sales experience required. ABO licensed is a great bonus! Candidate must be able to work most Saturdays.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, fashion sense, and detail oriented Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor Be polite and respectful towards patients, doctors, and other team members Responsibilities include: Eyewear styling and selection Helping patients find great fitting glasses Discussing lens technology VSP insurance billing Adjusting and dispensing glasses CL sales and training Verifying and explaining insurance coverage to patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Handling patient questions via phone calls, emails and walk ins
