Responsibilities:

Assist patients with selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear options based on prescription, lifestyle, and personal style Provide exceptional customer service and patient experience Take accurate optical measurements including PD and fitting heights Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear as needed Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate order processing Process optical orders and coordinate with optical labs Maintain attractive optical displays and frame inventory Support daily optical operations and patient flow Help patients maximize vision insurance benefits when applicable

Qualifications:

Previous optician or optical sales experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with frame styling and lens recommendations Sales experience in optical or retail environment preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ABO certification is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
