Help patients choose eyewear that fits their lifestyle, personality, and vision needs — combining style, function, and confidence

Confidently recommend premium products and solutions that improve patient outcomes

Ensure eyewear orders are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner

Perform adjustments, repairs, and dispensing of completed glasses

Drive optical sales by confidently recommending premium products that improve patient outcomes

Follow up on eyewear orders and communicate proactively with patients

Keep frame boards stocked, organized, and visually appealing

Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience

Required SkillsSkills/ Requirements:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable making recommendations and guiding purchase decisions

Positive, energetic personality with a goal-oriented mindset

Basic computer comfort and willingness to learn new systems
