Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Optician to join our team at Elite Eye Care in Las Vegas, NV . This is an on-site role, available part-time with potential for full-time . The Optician will play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience, from helping patients select frames to coordinating lens orders.

Responsibilities include:

Providing excellent customer service throughout the eyewear selection and fitting process Assisting patients with frame styling and lens options Ordering lenses and managing frame and lens inventory Processing and billing jobs accurately and efficiently Supporting the optometry team in maintaining high standards of patient care Ensuring overall customer satisfaction with products and services Qualifications Experience in optics and optometry (required) Strong customer service skills and a focus on patient satisfaction Knowledge of eye exams and optical terminology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Previous experience as an optician or in a similar role is preferred
