LICENSED OPTICIAN

in our luxury optical retail boutique located on the Las Vegas strip. You will be responsible for driving store's revenue by creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. Primary Responsibilities:

Greeting the customers and identify their individual needs Providing optimum customer service Explaining products and services to our customers Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in the state of Nevada Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving skills
