Optometrist | $125,000-$160,000 | Boutique Private Practice Enjoy a four-day weekend every other week while building specialty clinical skills in a growing private practice. Perspective Optometry is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our boutique private practice in La Quinta, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an OD looking for strong work-life balance, mentorship, and the opportunity to expand into specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and the business side of private practice. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced doctor, you'll join a supportive team that values long-term relationships, quality patient care, and professional growth. Location La Quinta, CA Located in the beautiful Coachella Valley, the practice serves patients throughout the Greater Palm Springs area in a modern, patient-focused office. Schedule Full-time position One of the biggest perks of this role is the unique rotating schedule that provides four consecutive days off every other week. Week 1

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday This schedule provides excellent work-life balance while maintaining full-time hours. Patient Care Approximately 16-20 patients per day Primarily comprehensive eye care with limited medical optometry Advanced medical cases referred to local ophthalmology specialists when appropriate Opportunities to develop specialty skills include: Myopia management RGP contact lenses Scleral lenses Vision therapy This is an excellent opportunity for an OD interested in expanding their clinical skillset beyond routine eye care.
