Job Description

Flores Eye Care Clinic is offering a relocation opportunity for a Texas-licensed Optometrist currently in the DFW area to join our private practice in Laredo, TX. If you are looking to transition out of corporate retail metrics and weekend shifts, our office provides a traditional, independent clinical environment. The position includes full relocation support and a highly competitive compensation package.

Elite Compensation:

Starting base salary of $150,000 for Year 1, with a total first-year compensation package value exceeding $200,000.

We pay above industry standards—choose between a high-guarantee base with production bonuses or a lucrative percentage of gross production.

Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday (no weekends).

Your Role:

Perform routine, comprehensive vision examinations and manage ocular diseases. Consult with patients to provide personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with the team to maintain our high standard of patient care. Build and manage your own clinical specialty area within the practice.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school. Active and valid license to practice optometry in the state of Texas. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Motivated, self-starter who values clinical independence and professional growth.

From $150,000.00 per year
