Job Summary Patient Access Conversion Specialist Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week Monday-Friday Onsite at Local medical Office -
Woodridge Responsibilities:
Handle high call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone Check-in/Greeting Patients/ Patient Scheduling Acknowledges and welcomes patients and visitors. Sets the tone for a positive experience Check in and schedules appointments, following sleep scheduling protocol Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC) Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned Reviewing schedule Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol Monitor schedules daily, ensuring that all open slots are filled on the same day. Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports Exam Preparation Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Three years of patient/client-facing experience

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.30 - $24.50 , with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all employment decisions will be made by a person.
