Up to $3 shift differential. The Opportunity When you join Smurfit Westrock, you will be joining a team that creates sustainable paper and packaging solutions that help move the world forward. As a Production Associate, you will work as part of a team to assemble, inspect, and package finished products while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. This role plays an important part in delivering quality products to our customers and maintaining smooth plant operations. How You Will Make an Impact Load and unload products from production feeders. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package finished products into sleeves and boxes. Assemble boxes and prepare skids for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow safety rules, work instructions, and operating procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. What You Need to Succeed High School diploma or G.E.D. Ability to work successfully in a team environment Ability to learn and follow safety rules, policies, and operating procedures Ability to communicate effectively with others Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment, identify hazards, familiarize with safety rules, and/or have the ability to work safely with specific tools or materials. The starting rate is $16 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
