Sales Channel Manager - F&I Aftermarket

Sales Channel Manager - Automotive F&I We are growing! ECP has been providing F&I products and services to the industry for over 57 years and we are a 15 year Dealers Choice Award Winner. The Opportunity We are looking for a driven, high-performing sales professional who thrives on opening doors, managing independent agent channels, and building revenue from the ground up. What You'll Do Prospect, target, and close new dealer and dealer group relationships Identify and penetrate key decision makers (Dealer Principals, CEOs, etc.) Drive program launches and new product sales within newly acquired accounts Build and execute a strategic territory/business development plan Create and deliver high-impact presentations focused on income development and profitability Leverage ECP's platform (products, training, admin, reinsurance support) to win deals Who You Are Experience with independent F&I agencies, dealership sales, or related vendor space Comfortable and confident selling to decision makers Relentless in prospecting, follow-up, and closing Highly competitive with a no excuses performance mindset Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability Willing and able to travel extensively up to 80% What Separates You You don't wait for opportunities you create them You are comfortable cold calling dealership You know how to position value beyond price You've beaten competitors and can explain how You're motivated by winning, not just participating Why ECP Proven platform with real differentiation across the dealership Ability to sell into both front-end F&I and fixed operations Strong reputation and credibility in the industry Backed by infrastructure that supports scaling large dealer groups Unlimited earning potential tied directly to production Compensation & Benefits Performance driven compensation plan with uncapped earning potential Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Essential Requirements Knowledge of F&I products Excellent communication skills Capable of identifying and selling to new dealerships Travel up to 80% Superb closing skills Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals Fearlessness - you are not intimidated by the challenge of "pitching" a CEO, principal, or president of a company about their involvement in increasing income by offering industry leading products, programs, and services. $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
