- 8:30 PM 3 shifts ranging from 7:45 AM
- 5:30 PM Saturdays alternating every 4 weeks (8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM) Will leave early on Thursdays when working a Saturday to maintain 40 hours Schedules are available 2 weeks out

- 4:15 PM Interview Process Interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams Position Overview Patient Service & Scheduling Answering patient calls and handling inquiries promptly, following protocols and service standards Scheduling appointments (in person or by phone), confirming details, and rescheduling or canceling as needed Managing patient arrival and departure activities — collecting copays, obtaining insurance cards, signatures, and referrals, and updating records in the EMR Communicating wait times and patient flow to both patients and staff Financial & Administrative Tasks Verifying patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits Obtaining pre-authorizations, referrals, and coordinating benefits Regulatory & Compliance Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintaining patient confidentiality and safety Customer Experience Anticipating patient needs and resolving issues promptly Building positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff #P1
