Schedule Options:

Full-time:

40 hours per week

Part-time:

Flexible schedule Minimum one-year commitment required

Responsibilities:

Assist with chronic care management coordination Participate in monthly 20-minute patient follow-up calls Support patient education for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes Assist with documentation and care planning Gain hands-on experience in lifestyle and nutrition-based primary care

Qualifications:

Pre-medical or pre-health student Strong interest in whole food, plant-based nutrition Interest in primary care and chronic disease prevention Professional communication skills and strong organizational ability Bilingual in English and Hindi/Urdu or English and Spanish preferred Ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and serious about pursuing a career in medicine.
