We are looking for a Day/Night shift Sitter available 7 am
- 7 pm or 7 pm
- 7 am
- (2-4 days a week) Montecito's Patient Sitters are invaluable team members that assist nurse's indirect patient care activities.
Our sitters provide 24-hour coverage making observations of any problems the patient may be experiencing while assuring patient safety in the designated unit. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to quickly make decisions to report changes to nursing staff in patient conditions/situations. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with Montecito's mission and policies around safe patient care.
