Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Personal Trainer, where your passion for fitness and health will inspire clients to achieve their personal wellness goals.
NO SALES REQUIRED.
In this role, you will deliver personalized training sessions directly to clients in various locations, creating convenient and engaging fitness experiences. Your expertise in physiology, body mechanics, and program design will empower individuals to transform their health while fostering a motivating environment that promotes active lifestyles. This position will start part-time with progression to full-time with client growth.
YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SELL TRAINING IN THIS ROLE!
Just show up and deliver high-quality training. Responsibilities Design tailored workout programs that incorporate principles of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective training. Deliver engaging one-on-one or group training sessions at clients' homes, workplaces, or other convenient locations. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits to maximize results. Track progress regularly and adjust programs as needed to meet evolving client objectives. Promote personal training services through proactive communication and excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships. Maintain detailed records of sessions, client progress, and health considerations while adhering to confidentiality standards. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe workout routines. CPT or CSCS certification through NSCA, ACSM, NASM or other nationally accredited institution Experience with EXOS training system a plus, not required Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching with a focus on motivating diverse populations Strong skills in program design tailored to individual needs and fitness levels.
Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
