Part-Time / Flexible Schedule We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates, enjoys helping clients reach their fitness goals, and takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming, and professional studio environment. Responsibilities- Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates Reformer classes and/or private sessions
- Provide clear instruction and proper form corrections
- Modify exercises based on individual client needs and fitness levels
- Create a welcoming and motivating experience for every client
- Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled class or session
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and team members
- Help keep the studio and equipment clean, organized, and ready for clients
- Communicate professionally regarding scheduling, availability, and any changes Qualifications
- Pilates Reformer instructor certification preferred
- Previous Pilates teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Reformer exercises, proper form, and safety preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Dependable, responsible, and consistently punctual
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working with clients of different ages and fitness levels
- Ability to commit to scheduled classes and maintain consistent availability What We're Looking For We want someone who is dependable and takes their commitments seriously.
