In this role, you will inspire and guide clients on their health journeys by designing personalized workout plans, providing motivational coaching, and fostering a positive environment that encourages progress and confidence. Your passion for fitness, combined with excellent communication skills, will help clients achieve their goals while building lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through expert guidance and enthusiastic support. Duties Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, including biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics evaluations to tailor personalized workout programs. Develop customized training plans that incorporate strength training, cardio, group fitness, and nutrition advice aligned with clients' goals. Provide motivational coaching and coaching techniques to encourage clients' consistency and confidence during workouts. Educate clients on proper manual handling, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and injury prevention. Maintain excellent client rapport through effective communication, active listening, and ongoing support to foster motivation and retention. Promote fitness services and programs to prospective clients while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. Ensure compliance with liability insurance requirements by adhering to safety guidelines during all training sessions. Experience Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness industry roles with a strong background in program design and client coaching. Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics to create effective workout plans. Demonstrated ability to teach physical education or group fitness classes with enthusiasm and clarity. Familiarity with fitness sales strategies and customer service best practices within health clubs or gym environments. Certification in CPR/AED First Aid is required; additional certifications in biomechanics, nutrition, or sports coaching are advantageous. Prior experience working with diverse client populations in a gym or health club setting is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper form and technique.
