We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Pay:
$18.50 to $53.00 per hourSummary:
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and is committed to providing an exceptional training experience. We are looking for a trainer who is reliable, energetic, personable, and passionate about helping members reach their goals. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a private-club environment and motivated to build lasting relationships with members.Key Responsibilities:
Provides safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one and small-group training. Develops workout programs based on individual member goals and fitness levels. Builds and maintains strong relationships with members. Tracks client progress and adjusts programs as needed. Maintains a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence on the fitness floor. Helps develop and grow a personal training client base. Promotes personal training services and engages with members. Maintains a clean, safe, and professional training environment. Follows all Club and Troon policies and procedures. Participates in required staff meetings and training. Previous personal training experience preferred. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge/Skill:
Strong knowledge of exercise programming and fitness principles. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Certificates/Licenses:
Current nationally recognized personal training certification. Current CPR/AED certification.What We Offer:
