Company Overview Siegel JCC is a vibrant non-profit community center offering a diverse range of programs and facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor aquatic centers, group fitness classes, tennis courts, and cultural and recreational activities. We are dedicated to enriching lives through health, education, and community engagement. Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Fitness Floor Staff to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our fitness center, providing exceptional customer service while supporting members in achieving their health and wellness goals. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming environment where everyone feels inspired to stay active and healthy. The hours are flexible and weekday and weekend hours available Responsibilities Greet members warmly and assist with gym orientation, equipment use, and provide exceptional customer service Monitor the fitness floor to ensure safety, proper equipment use, and adherence to facility policies Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid or CPR as needed, ensuring safety at all times Promote fitness programs, personal training services, and membership options to enhance member engagement Experience Previous experience in working in fitness center or in sports, coaching, fitness industry is preferred Certification in CPR/AED (Automated External Defibrillator) required; first aid certification is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to fostering health and wellness in our community!
