POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels, while focusing on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT) training. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals by motivating them out of their comfort zone and building confidence, while uplifting new trainers, educating them and managing the training team at our location.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent MUST have Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience Complete Burn Boot Camp's Strength and Conditioning Assessment (retest annually) CPR/AED certified 3+ year experience in personal training or coaching Previous experience leading a team Must be able to lift 100 pounds.

Pay:
$18.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
