Responsibilities Develop customized workout programs tailored to each client's fitness level, goals, and medical considerations Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients and maintain high engagement levels during training sessions Conduct fitness assessments, including biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics evaluations, to inform program design Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, manual handling, and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures Build strong client rapport through effective communication, active listening, and personalized attention Promote fitness services and memberships to attract new clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards Ensure safety by adhering to health club policies, managing heavy lifting techniques, and operating AED devices when necessary Requirements At least 1 Year in Personal Training and/or Assisted Stretching Solid knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and nutrition principles relevant to personal training Certification in personal training from a recognized organization; CPR and AED certification are not required Experience with program design, body mechanics analysis, and creating personalized workout plans Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and demonstrate proper manual handling techniques Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients effectively Fitness industry experience with health clubs or gyms is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for fitness transforms lives!
