Job Description

As a Water Fitness Instructor , you will lead engaging and personalized water fitness classes, create progressive exercise plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. You'll also assist with facility setup, provide emergency support, and maintain your certifications. Dive into a rewarding career where you can make a difference every day! Pay is $30-$40 per hour depending on qualifications/certifications for classes and $20 per hour for administrative tasks and training Competitive salaries reflecting your skills and experience. As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will: Lead water fitness classes with a personalized approach Prepares progressive exercise plans for program participants Gives clear explanations of safe exercises and demonstrates correct form and provides safe alternate exercises Sets up facility or equipment In case of injury, accident, or illness in pool area and provides backup to lifeguards as needed in emergencies Reports injuries and completes required procedures Maintains current certifications Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
