In this role, you will deliver a variety of group exercise sessions, ensuring participants are motivated, safe, and empowered throughout their fitness journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to foster a positive fitness environment, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to the vibrant community atmosphere of our health club or fitness facility. All roles are paid positions. Responsibilities Lead HIIT fitness classes each night and prepaire for next mornings classes. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants perform routines safely by providing clear instructions and modifications as needed Motivate participants through energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and personalized feedback to maximize engagement and results Maintain a safe environment by adhering to manual handling procedures, first aid protocols, CPR/AED operation standards, and health club safety policies Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on exercise routines, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages ongoing participation Skills Proven experience in group fitness instruction with certifications in areas such as Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, or CrossFit preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to ensure safe exercise execution Excellent demonstration skills combined with the ability to teach exercise routines clearly and confidently Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on motivating diverse groups of participants Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and customer service principles to enhance member engagement and retention Certification in CPR/AED is required; additional first aid certification is advantageous Experience in sports coaching or dance instruction is a plus for creating lively class environments Join us as a Group Fitness Instructor where your passion for health and fitness can inspire others while building a rewarding career.
