Certified Fitness Instructor Faithful Figures Fitness | St. Charles Parish, Louisiana About Us Faithful Figures Fitness is a new boutique fitness studio focused on creating a welcoming, energetic, and community-driven environment where clients can feel confident, motivated, and supported in reaching their fitness goals. We are looking for enthusiastic, certified fitness instructors who want to be part of building something special from the beginning. Our studio will offer a variety of fitness experiences, including mat Pilates, HIIT, dance-inspired fitness, and other group fitness classes. Position Overview The Certified Fitness Instructor will lead safe, engaging, and effective group fitness classes while creating an environment where clients of all fitness levels feel comfortable and encouraged. This is an exciting opportunity for an instructor who enjoys connecting with people, bringing positive energy to a room, and contributing ideas as a new boutique studio grows. Responsibilities Lead energetic, engaging, and safe group fitness classes. Provide clear demonstrations and instructions for exercises and movements. Offer modifications for different fitness levels and abilities. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and welcoming class environment. Encourage and motivate clients throughout each class. Prioritize proper form, technique, and participant safety. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes. Maintain a clean and organized workout space. Build positive relationships with members and contribute to a strong studio community. Communicate professionally with studio management and clients. Help promote a positive image and culture for the studio. Be open to participating in occasional studio events, workshops, or promotional activities. Provide feedback and ideas that can help improve the client experience and class offerings. Qualifications Current fitness/group exercise certification from a recognized organization appropriate to the classes being taught. Current CPR/AED certification preferred (required prior to beginning instruction). Previous group fitness or personal training experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, energetic, and personable. Comfortable working with individuals at varying fitness levels. Ability to create an encouraging, judgment-free environment. Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others.
