Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Sales Processor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as an inside sales and customer service contact for replacement parts supporting our marine refrigeration and food service equipment (refrigerators, freezers, proofing cabinets, and custom cabinetry) used across marine and military markets. You will work closely within the sales teams to process orders accurately, coordinate inter-departmental workflows, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Sales:
Take parts orders over the phone, enter and process computer orders according to established company protocols.
Customer Support:
Act as the primary customer service representative during daily business hours, delivering clear, polite, and professional phone etiquette and written communications.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Collaborate with the parts & shipping department to ensure accurate product specifications, scheduling, and timely order fulfillment.
Database & Record Management:
Maintain accurate database records, track open and converted quotations, and monitor customer account/order statuses.
Inventory & Order Inquiries:
Utilize ERP software to review inventory availability, check purchase order and work order statuses, and verify delivery dates.

Excellent verbal communication skills, tact, diplomacy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Computer Literacy:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Parts & Sales Experience:
Prior experience in over-the-phone parts sales, parts counter operations, or customer service in a related field is preferred, but not required.
Technical Background:
Basic experience or exposure to an industrial manufacturing, distribution, or repair environment is desirable.
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience). Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Software & Systems Knowledge:
Experience using Distribution or Manufacturing ERP software is a plus. Experience with Made2Manage (M2M) software or inventory control systems is a plus.
