This opportunity is designed for an instructor who wants the freedom and earning potential of operating their own program without taking on many of the traditional costs associated with opening and maintaining a standalone studio. As a Contract Instructor, you will have the opportunity to establish your brand, build a client base, and create a successful boxing or kickboxing program within the Train4Life community. Compensation Structure Instructor earns 60% of program revenue Train4Life receives 40% of program revenue Independent contractor arrangement Earnings grow as your program and participation grow Opportunity to offer recurring classes and potentially expand programming based on demand Responsibilities Develop and lead safe, engaging boxing and/or kickboxing classes Create programming appropriate for varying fitness and experience levels Build relationships with participants and help retain clients Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming environment Maintain safe equipment and training practices Communicate class availability and programming needs with Train4Life management Help promote and grow your individual program Requirements Current boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, personal training, or applicable group-fitness certification/credentials Demonstrated boxing/kickboxing coaching or instructional experience Current professional liability insurance appropriate for the services being provided Ability to provide Train4Life with documentation of current certifications and insurance before beginning instruction Professional, reliable, and comfortable building a client base Strong communication and customer-service skills CPR/AED certification is strongly recommended and preferred.

CONTRACT YOGA INSTRUCTOR

TRAIN4LIFE CONTRACT INSTRUCTOR GUIDELINES

All Contract Instructors are expected to: Operate as an independent fitness professional/business Maintain all certifications required for their discipline Maintain current professional liability insurance appropriate for the services they provide Provide Train4Life with current documentation before beginning services and upon renewal Maintain professional conduct while operating within Train4Life Provide safe, appropriate, and professionally designed programming Maintain appropriate records and documentation for their individual business where applicable Follow Train4Life facility, safety, scheduling, and participant policies Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients Communicate scheduling changes or program concerns promptly Maintain their professional certifications and continuing education Participate in reasonable efforts to promote and grow their program Revenue Agreement 60% — Contract Instructor 40% — Train4Life The 40% facility share provides the instructor access to the Train4Life environment and eliminates the need for the instructor to operate an entirely separate fitness facility.
