Outpatient Private Practice Job summary : We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient practice in Marshfield, MA. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide hands-on treatment for orthopedic and sports-related conditions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with referring providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programmes Contribute positively to the clinic's collaborative and patient-focused culture

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy licence or eligibility Physical Therapy licence is required New graduates are welcome Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centred care Leadership interest is a plus
