Job Summary Responsible for leading and instructing assigned aerobic classes while providing motivation and encouragement to participants. Ensures the fitness facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained and assists with the proper care and maintenance of equipment and facility areas. Education High school diploma/GED preferred. Experience One year aerobic instructing experience preferred. Certification Current CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of employment. Certification from nationally recognized aerobic association. Special Qualifications Be a role model in health & fitness.
