We are actively seeking instructors to teach ourBURN + LIFT
class formats. BURN a 45-minute, slow repetition, weight lifting class taught part on the beat, part off the beat, cycling through timed segments of lifting, cardio and core. This is a high-energy, dynamic workout, and requires a skillful instructor who can seamlessly command a group with a grounded and focused, yet motivational energy - empowering their clients to challenge themselves. LIFT is a 45-minute slow, strength training class that focuses on building strength through progressive overload and slow, controlled movements, using heavy resistance. This is an intentionally structured class and requires an experienced instructor who can seamlessly empower, educate and guide clients. The Collective Studios is hiring aSTRENGTH
instructor who can fulfill the following responsibilities: Deliver The Collective Studios Experience through unparalleled customer service and hospitality to all clients Teach dynamic group classes adhering to studio standards and guidelines Program classes that ensure the safety and wellbeing of clientele, while also allowing for progression and advancement, and modifications of intensity to accommodate all participants Curate invigorating, dynamic playlists to pair with musically-driven classes Availability to teach respective classes on a regular basis Assist in building The Collective Studios class attendance and retain current clientele Attend staff meetings and required educational trainingsQualifications:
To be successful in this role, You should have the following experiences and qualifications: CPR/AED certification Current certification from a nationally accredited fitness program (NASM, ACE, AFAA, AEA) OR 200 Hour Yoga Instructor certification from Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school OR Yoga Sculpt certification Preferred 1 year minimum experience instructing one of the following: Strength, HIIT, Sculpt, Circuit Training, Bootcamp or other Group Fitness format Basic understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics Must love of boutique fitness and be passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to create high-energy, positive environment that welcomes all people Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Exudes enthusiasm, confidence, and charisma Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.Minimum Requirements:
Must be available to be scheduled: 2-3 classes per week, on a consistent weekly basis Flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends Some holidays (open year-round)Benefits
