Responsibilities Assist in the planning of diverse recreational activities that cater to different age groups and interests. Ensure safety of the residents, follow a daily calendar of events, and active participation in all programming Assist with setting up activity spaces, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use. Decorating for the seasons/ holidays. Communicate regularly with Activity Director and Managers program regarding participant progress or concerns. Requirements Ability to lead scheduled programming. Focus on safety and positive reinforcement. Prior experience facilitating activities or camp experiences. Demonstrated team leadership abilities along with effective communication skills.
