This role offers an exciting opportunity to specialize in glute-focused workouts, combining your passion for fitness with expert knowledge in body mechanics, anatomy, and program design. As a vital part of our health club community, you'll deliver energetic group classes and personalized coaching that empower members to strengthen and sculpt their glutes while enhancing overall wellness. This paid position is perfect for fitness enthusiasts eager to share their expertise and make a positive impact in a lively, supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead high-energy group fitness classes focused on glute development, incorporating techniques from disciplines such as CrossFit, and Strength Training to diversify workouts. Demonstrate innovative, safe, and effective training programs tailored to different fitness levels and goals, emphasizing proper body mechanics and physiology principles. Provide personalized coaching and instruction to members during small group sessions, ensuring correct form and technique to maximize results. Educate participants on anatomy and muscle engagement related to glute training to foster understanding and motivation. Promote a welcoming environment by encouraging participation, supporting member progress, and fostering community spirit within the gym. Maintain equipment safety standards, cleanliness of the workout area, and ensure adherence to health protocols during all sessions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy (especially related to muscles involved in glute development), and body mechanics. Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through motivating teaching methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct clearly and provide constructive feedback. Certifications in relevant areas such as group fitness instruction, personal training, Pilates, Yoga or sports coaching are highly preferred but not required. Familiarity with gym equipment and safety procedures; experience in health clubs or fitness studios is advantageous.
